Ray was easy to communicate with throughout the process, sent lots of updates and was honest and transparent. The installation of the office was completed within two days and with minimum disruption. I've enjoyed my new office immensely. I went for the Snug Plus version and it's more spacious than I thought. It's ready to use as soon as it's been installed but there's also plenty of room to paint and decorate as you want. Ray also took extra care to explain maintenance and how to use the various features. We have only positive things to say about Ray and the ESnug, we ordered from him. Despite unexpected delays on our side, Ray was constantly understanding and reassuring. Once we were ready, Ray delivered the ESnug, which was installed within the day. We have had no complaints, it looks fantastic. After months of looking at just about every garden office website out there, I kept coming back to E-Spaces Design & Create Ltd. It was more than I thought I would spend, but I liked the idea of having something solid that would look good for a long time to come. Ray was very patient with my going back and forth on decisions. I really value it when someone, faced with a problem, says “don’t worry, we’ll find a way”—that kind of attitude is worth a lot! The garden office looks great and fits perfectly in my smallish London backyard. I’m really happy with it. PS: Ray came by today, 31 July to install an air conditioner in my Esnug Plus garden office and did a great job. He was friendly, on time, and made the whole thing really straightforward. The install was quick and tidy, and he walked me through how it all works before heading off. The air con is up and running and it’s going to make working from home much more comfortable. I customised the spec to suit my needs as a bag making workshop and after spending the first week working in the space I can say it is truly fit for purpose. Ray was great to deal with, very accommodating when I changed layouts and requested atypical window sizes. It was also erected in the smallest possible space in the garden, if that posed a challenge the build team did not show it.
